Creating good habits is not such an easy task.

If we get addicted to some bad thing then

It is very difficult to overcome this addiction but not impossible.

To make good habits, we have to give up some bad habits and adopt some good habits.

A rule is used to create good habits, which is called the rule of 21 days.

It takes us at least 21 days to form or quit any habit.

It takes 90 days to implement that habit in your life.

Under this rule, we have to first set the goal that which habit we have to leave or which habit we have to adopt.

After setting a goal, we have to make it a part of our daily routine from the very next day itself.

When initially we make good habits a part of our daily routine, it will seem strange to us.

But if we continue this continuously for 21 days

Then after 21 days that habit will become a part of our daily routine.
